Vendor Space at Olde Orchard Antique Mall
Below you will find information regarding space rental.
An application is also available to place your name on the waiting list for space. Since we are a seasonal mall (May 1st – October 31st) we will evaluate our space openings once a year in February. We contact potential new vendors based upon the order in which we have received their application, therefore we recommend that if you are interested in space you should return the application as soon as possible.

By filling out this application you are not obligated to take a space and it does not guarantee space. Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions regarding the application process or the following information:
Cost: $2.10 sq.ft. per month for booth rental
$73.50 per month for case rental. Second case is $50.00.
Size: Booth sizes are approximately 10×10, 10×10.5, 10×12, 10×12.5
Smaller booth sizes may be available.
Vendors may start moving in April 15th and move out after October 31st.
Credit Card Charges
The mall charges 3% to the vendor for all purchases with a credit card or debit card.
Sales Tax is collected and paid by the mall.
Mall Customer Discount Policy
10% discount on a single item over $20.00 using cash or check.
5% discount on a single item using credit/debit card.
Available for large furniture items. Mall receives 10% from the sale. Call for space availability.
The Mall does not charge any commission on sales
Since we are a seasonal Mall, our policy is for vendors to remain in the Mall for the entire season.
